VICOMTech (Visual Communication and Interaction Technologies Centre) is an applied research centre for Interactive Computer Graphics and Multimedia located in the Technology Park of San Sebastian (Spain). VICOMTech is a non-profit association, founded by the INI-GraphicsNet Foundation, with the Fraunhofer-IGD as founder member. VICOMTech is involved in about 70 applied research projects per year with local, national and European industry partners and administrations. VICOMTech employs 50 researchers and generated a turnover of 2.9 million € in 2007. VICOMTech is classified as an Innovation and Technology Centre (ITC) by the Spanish Ministry of Education and Science.
